The Fastest Way to Find What You're Looking For!

Parent Helper's Club!
Job Description
Your main role as a parent helper will be the assisting of students with weekly sign-in, equipment distribution and helping to keep the parents informed of what's going on with the program.

You will be stationed at the registration table (which is usually located within the classroom) throughout your class time and will be able to observe the class.  By volunteering to help out, the instructor is allowed more time to be with students and answer questions from parents.

FYI Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your registration time begins.

FYI Whenever you sign your name or your child's name, please put a "PH" next to it.

Important!

Always record the class fees (tuition) on the "Class Sign-In Sheets" and any money received for equipment in the "Equipment Order Book". This helps the instructor keep track of class accounting.

FYI Please display white and pink Class Sign In Sheets, Class Roster, Equipment Price List and  Equipment Order Book.

Putting It All Together
We realize this is a lot of information to absorb at this time (especially if you're new to our programs) and we don't expect you to remember it all.  Once you get to class you will have a much better feel for what needs to be done, and the instructor will always be happy to answer questions!

We have put together this cheat sheet that you can print out for reference!

     Parent Helper Cheat Sheet

Thank you once again for your help and support!   We value our parent helpers and appreciate your input.  If you have any additional questions or at any time have comments or suggestions about our programs, please feel free to call us. Enjoy the program and we hope to see you back next session, have a great class!

Very Sincerely,

The Champion Youth Staff & Instructors
